Credentials
Elisa Pape holds a BA from Winona State University and a Master’s Degree from Saint Catherine University. She is a Certified Estate and Trust Specialist through the Institute of Business & Finances. She is a National Certified Guardian by the Center for Guardianship Certification and is a member of the National Guardianship Association.
